When schools require additions or updates to their heating, cooling and plumbing systems, thoughtful, efficient planning by the construction contractor is a necessity. These school projects often involve working with outdated equipment, increased usage levels and limited budgets. In addition, some work must be completed when school is not in session, thereby leading to a condensed construction schedule.

At RJ Mechanical, our team is very familiar and comfortable with the specific demands of these school projects. Our system designers are experts at planning retrofits for older heating and cooling equipment and upgrades for existing plumbing systems, to meet increased demands. We provide alternative installation methods, using special plumbing fixtures that are customized to fit within the previously defined piping and plumbing systems of the school when required.

Our installation team will work both when class is in session and when class is out of session to be sure school projects are completed — on budget and on schedule.
