Company History

RJ Mechanical is a full-service contractor of commercial and industrial plumbing, heating and cooling services. In 1996, Ray Ludowese started the business with only two other employees. In 1999, Craig Virnig and Brad Kramer joined Ray, and the three now share equal partnership in the business. Over the years, RJ Mechanical has grown and expanded both its capabilities and its reputation, as it serves the five state area of Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota and Iowa.

Our Team

At RJ Mechanical, our team has the experience, dedication and expertise to handle any heating, cooling or plumbing challenge that comes our way — no matter how unique or difficult. We are continually advancing our skills, and finding creative solutions that meet and exceed the requirements of complex commercial and industrial projects. We believe that the inside workings of a building are just as important as the outside.

RJ Mechanical staff and plumbers, fitters or technicians are conveniently located throughout the five state area we serve. The majority of our employees have been with us for many years, and because we are an employee-owned company, they have an even greater vested interest in our success. Each of these talented professionals has their own area of expertise, but all have the experience and ability to step into additional positions when needed. This allows RJ Mechanical to provide a wide range of services while maintaining a superior level of quality and meeting important project deadlines.
